Meditation Journey is a space for you to find relaxation, stillness, and clarity through a variety of meditative practices. Each week, working with a theme, Sarah will guide you through a meditation experience to journey within, discover a sense of deep rest, and come away with inner lessons to incorporate into your daily life. Modalities may include guided meditation, silent meditation, reiki, sound, chanting, relaxed creativity, and more.
During the class, you are welcome to sit, lay down, or arrange your body in any way that feels restful to you.
No prior meditation experience necessary- all are welcome!
