hosted by Sarah Rayne + Zack Brady

Sarah is so thrilled to be contributing to this wonderful event organized by Wandering Roots + Mount Sinai Beth Israel Victim Services!

Second Fridays for Survivors and Allies is an eight-part series centered around self-care, reflection, and expression for Survivors and Allies of Sexual and Intimate Partner Violence.

On Friday, November 9th, Sarah will team up with her partner Zack Brady, to gently hold space for these survivors with practices of self-love and self-care. Sarah will open the practice with a guided meditation journey, centering around self-love, followed by a guided energy healing practice, where participants will have the opportunity to connect with their own tender loving energy and use this energy to call in comfort and connection with themselves and their bodies. Zack will finish the session with a Qigong practice, incorporating both active Qigong flows + Qi self-massage.

This event is FREE and open to all survivors and their allies! Please RSVP to Terceira.Molnar@mountsinai.org to secure your spot.
