Join us for this relaxing & nourishing sound & healing experience at the beautiful Earth Space PDX!
This event will support you in gentle relaxation, nervous system soothing, and an energetic cleansing & reset as we transition from fiery-and-fun leo season, to grounded-and-focused virgo season.
We will begin by introducing ourselves, discussing the astrology and energetics of the moment, and having time to pull oracle cards and receive ear seeds on acupressure points (if you'd like!)
We will then move into a long and luxurious Reiki Sound Journey with live, ambient instruments such as shruti box, singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational sound medicines. The journey will begin with a guided meditation, transitioning into a full sound bath experience.
Each attendee will then receive hands-on (or hands-off) Reiki from Sarah, followed by a tuning fork treatment from Kat, while still being held in the relaxing ambient sound vibrations. All personal treatments are optional - consent cards will be provided for you to let us know whether or not you'd like to be touched.
These gentle healing modalities will assist your body in relaxing, and in energetically releasing what you are ready to.
Finally, we'll circle up briefly at the end to integrate and discuss our experiences.

Sarah Rayne is a queer witch, a healing artist, and a holder of sacred space. She alchemizes group magic & expands awareness through her online ceremony + workshop offerings, and supports clients on their healing journeys through nourishing 1:1 sessions that include tarot readings, reiki energy healing, intuitive guidance, and/or sound healing. She is the founder and magician-in-chief of Firebird Healing Arts, and shares her magic locally in Portland, OR, as well as online, with the whole world.

About Kat (they/them):
Kat Brady is a Reiki Master, student of Chinese Medicine, and wellness event organizer. They offer private Reiki treatments as well as workshops where you have the opportunity to be attuned to Reiki. As co-founder of Wandering Roots, they organize unique, donation-based wellness events. They are currently a doctoral student at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
