Sarah is a multi-disciplinary healing artist whose sessions draw from a potent Reiki energy healing practice, her intuitive insights & creativity, the guidance of the universe via the tarot, and knowledge of simple earth-based sacred practices. Sarah offers traditional Reiki energy healing treatments and tarot readings, as well as special sessions that combine two or more modalities.
Reiki is a positive universal life force energy that can encourage healing, balance, comfort, and clarity.
Reiki is a healing modality that originates in Japan. Reiki has the ability to aid in healing and relaxation on a mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical level. During a session, Sarah will work with you to identify which areas are in need of love and attention. For in-person sessions, she will then gently place hands on different areas of your body, channeling this energy to initiate deep healing, aid in balancing chakras, and clearing out energetic blockages. For remote sessions, she will “beam” Reiki to you through time and space, with the same effect, while you simply relax and receive the healing.
Reiki is a wonderful treatment for the stresses and anxieties of day to day life, and can also aid in healing deeper traumas and emotional wounds. After a Reiki session, most clients experience a sense of deep peace, calm, and clarity, though other emotions can surface, as well. Reiki is also a wonderful support for physical pain relief and muscle relaxation.
Tarot readings are a way of receiving guidance from the universe in alignment with your healing, empowerment, and highest good.
During a session, we can examine your general life situation from an energetic standpoint, or investigate a specific question or issue that you'd like guidance on. Working with this divine tool, we can shed light on your situation, receive any insights the universe has to offer, as well as recommendations for the best steps forward. Shorter sessions address a single issue or topic; longer sessions offer more in-depth guidance.
